Multi roll straightener is used for bar straightening.
1. The deep and shallow concave composite roll system is adopted to provide a reliable guarantee for solving head and tail bending and improving straightening accuracy.
2. The constant pressure roller pressing principle is adopted, and the rigid frame is changed into a flexible frame, which not only ensures the necessary pressure on the bar, but also protects the mechanical equipment from damage.
3. Increase the reverse bending times and reduce the reverse bending pitch.
4. The roll gap and inclination are set by computer, electrically adjusted and scale displayed for easy operation and maintenance.
It can be used for straightening Φ 12 ~ 80 sticks, with an annual output of 50000-100000 tons.
Straightening Φ 60 ~ 150 sticks, with an annual output of 100000-200000 tons.
